I have been here since 2009...and I can say I have seen a lot of blogs already. From different themes, different styles of writing, written by different nationalities,...different everything.

We, here at the blogosphere, do not just go linking and visiting. We also try to find friends. And it will be a blast to find a friend that is a great writer too. Honestly, I don't understand most of it. Hahaha! But I try to translate them. I just wish we can all speak my language hehehe...or english at least.

BEST BLOG SITE...

I have been away for so long that it's taking me a while to get back on my feet in the blogosphere. It is nice to be on familiar grounds as I visit old friends' sites, exchanging hello's, leaving comments, and reading posts.

But it is a surprise for me to end up in newly constructed sites or even newly put up sites inexchage with the old ones. And I say that of all that I have seen so far, it is this one from old friend that makes the most impact.

BEST GIFT ON MY BIRTHDAY

Yes, it was my birthday yesterday, June 30th...and I can say that among the best gifts I ever had, FRIENDS are as treasured as my love ones. And friends in the blogosphere are nothing less than my circle of friends in the real world.

And one of those friends is the very dear David of Basic Blogonomics who have once again touched the sentimental me. I am honestly easy to please, and please he did with not just a greeting but a post about me and my birthday. Just him remembering it adds joy in my special day...

You really are a dear. And as I have often tell him, it's a wonder he still have time when he is truly a very busy man. I guess it's just giving priority to what needs prioritizing. And he's definitely right in putting friends in his top list.

HEY MR. GOOGLE, HOW DO YOU RANK?

It's been more than a week, and still my PR3 is not back (huhuhu!)

Up until now, I cannot decipher how google ranks. There were times that I ALMOST believe what I have read around: that links matters, visitors, posts, meta tags, SEO's...so on and so forth. But after this unfortunate turn about of my blog, I am back to where I started, how do they rank?

I remember this blog having Page Rank 1 in just a few weeks I started blogging. Then a few weeks after it went up to PR3. I've enjoyed months of of..and guess what, NOT JUST THIS BLOG but all others! Almost have no time left to myself with all the opps. I can even sing "it's raining opps! hallelujah! " And then just as sudden, it became PR ZERO! And 3 out of 4 blogs that is! Glad AT-A-BLINK was spared. Don't know why! Just as I didn't know when my then EARTHY ME now HEALTHINFO@EarthyMe suddenly warrant PR3 when I don't visit it then. No posts, no visitors, non additional links. And when I am at it...truly at it...pooof! suddenly zero.

Truly mind boggling...now, I am down and low (and broke! huhuhu) but I continue on posting because I have you FRIENDS to continue reading and visiting. Thanks for somehow making me feel a little better with your hi's and hello's...and blessed with your comments and even asking to be linked. THANK YOU ALL!

2. I am happy to be up and about...alive and kicking! I believe it is another chance given me to do good.
3. I am happy that the sun is up shining and there's smile in my face; that there is no reason for me to be sad.
4. I am happy to log-in to my blogger account and see comments and messages from people I am connected with and NEW friends I am to befriend.
5. I am happy that my little one is with me and is in good shape.
6. I am happy to be staying how with all my love ones...my family.
7. I am happy to know that later this day I will be meeting new friends in a sports fest.
8. I am happy for that dream I had, me in a wedding dress. (though i have no idea who was that faceless man I am suppose to be married to)
9. I am happy that the curtains are still being blown by the wind because I am dreading the onset of summer and humidity. We are expecting 35 and up degrees soon.
10. I am TRULY happy that I have found the right path and is closer to my God more than ever.

NEW WIDGET FOR YOU

Honestly, when I lost my PR which I had for almost a year now I suddenly felt so bad with posting. It's like losing interest ALMOST to gain it back.

BUT

I reminded myself that blogging is not for PR alone, it's for friendship. And so I'm back trying to perk up with my ideas. I hope you are going to be there to help me along the way by visiting. I don't know what happend...my PR 3 of my 3 out of 4 blogs suddenly dropped to ZERO!

I wonder if it's connected with me linking to Yahoo site explorer. I tried doing so though I already am linked to google's. Tsk! tsk! Maybe it's something between them?

It's really sad after maintaining it for months!

And so bear with me for a while to gain it back, friends. Plus, I am also checking my blogroll for unreciprocated links. Deleted those who are not linked...but please let me know if you are willing to relink ;)
