GLUTATHION

Of course I don't need it, I'm pretty fair in coloring. But my friend Ances does=). We tried comparing and looking for the best brand...

But before all that, we did further research of this craze use of Glutathione. And found out the many benefit of Glutathion, not just as skin lightener. It has an anti-aging effect; It is an anti-oxidant; It helps eliminate toxins in our body thus keeping us healthy and strong. It was even mentioned once that it helps turn carbohydrates into energy, and prevents the buildup of oxidized fats that may contribute to atherosclerosis (a heart problem). These advantages infact, are of greater importance than our first reason for Ances to take it. It further convinced us when we found NO disadvantage. Except that "At present Glutathione supplements do not appear to be effective, but taking the precursors of Glutathione increases your body's production of Glutathion." They mentioned that co-factors are needed, like the B-vitamins, C,E, magnesium,zinc...whey...etc.

There are a lot more of forementioned advantages like cancer, but there are also more of the needed boosters to make it work.

And so, we decided that AS ALWAYS, we need to consult a doctor. A doctor that is familiar with this Glutathione to make it work. Maybe it's best that we wait.

Anyway, there is the so-called Dietary Glutathione which is found in: fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, fish and meat, asparagus, avocado and walnuts (which are particularly rich dietary sources of glutathione). And another "anyway"...I told Ances that she is beautiful even if she's not fairer than Snow white! haha!
