If it were me to decide, I would want to use the land in Laguna and have apartments or even single detach houses put to rent. It is possible that they were thinking how tedious it is to take charge of such large scale business, but not if you have someone to do that for you. That’s how I came across Real Property Management. It’s sad to let go of something held in reserve from your ancestors.

In connection, a Freddie Mac has signed an exclusive agreement with Real Property Management to manage the new REO Rental Initiative. Whose to say that this Real Property Management can not work out? I don’t!
On the other hand, the one in Batangas can be made into a sanctuary such that of retreat houses, or probably a resort or something of the like, the place being secluded and around nature.
That’s the best I can think of. What do you think?

You can have a joint venture with a real estate company. They develop your land, etc and your family & the company will share with the profits. Real Estate is making our country look better and there are a lot of real estate companies who will be more than willing to get into a joint venture.

if you don't need the money, then keep the land and any piece which has lots of natural beauty should be left as it is lest you'll regret it later if you decide to let others develop it now.
