Have you ever stopped from your chores and in your mind you asked this question? I do. I did a couple of times already…and lately it’s getting asked more frequently.
I’m not really into current events, but I’m not totally blind to it. I hear one calamity after another rock the earth. Forest fires that hits different state in the US that’s not a common occurrence, earthquakes here and there, flash floods from in and out of the country, global crisis affecting even the biggest and strongest of governments…and most recently, the epidemic disease that’s spreading and is now affecting more than 30 countries.
Is it merely Mother Nature’s getting back at us for spoiling the environment? Can it be the consequence of the rapid boost of technology denoting this is all man’s fault? Or is it a means to The End? Perhaps the Higher Authority’s reminder that we’re just passing through, a creation that’s powerless without Him? And that we don’t own ANYTHING…it’s all just being lent to us and can be taken away ANYTIME with a single snap?
