If you feel like shrieking out, shutting your eyes, covering your ears..or simply banging your head on the wall…maybe it’s time to distress!
There really are times that we finally reached the point of wanting to suddenly give-up. The constant whining of your cranky kid, the indefinite piling of household chores as if it’ll never end mounting…deep-neck amount of responsibility seems to be closing-in on you.
just STOP everything at once. Turn off the television, unplug the telephones, leave the kitchen, the laundry and the house cleaning.
Put on a relaxing atmosphere by turning down the lights and putting on a soft music. Have a comfortable bonding time with your baby by telling her a story or reading her a book. Take a short nap with her, and you’ll be both refreshed upon waking up. Remember that we mommies should be the first to calm down so our babies will also be calmer, thus be more cooperative.
