Well, I believe that the Philippines can join those others vying for such honorarium. In fact I have heard of a party in Canada to have hosted a contest of who is the fastest to text…and Filipino’s won!
Truly possible because that is what we do here, text, text and text. Unlike in other countries we do not have low rates in call time, and the next best thing to relay a message fast is thru text messaging. And as always, we make do of what we have, and we succeed in achieving what we want done!
