Cousins from Canada decided to celebrate New Year's Day here, and I believe they have seen a different way of welcoming another year. They were both amazed and scared, because we do not just do the usual partying here...we have fireworks from every capable household. And so they have seen different kinds and forms. From splendid aerials to loud blasts nearby, they do not know where to look and stay. But they felt the warmth and the closeness of family and relatives more here, because we Filipino's are the clannish type. That in every event, we gather and celebrate together.
