JOG INSIDE A BOX?!

Most of us want to do activities that are aerobic in nature like swimming, cycling, dancing, and exercises in the same moving efforts than anaerobic ones. In an easier enough to remember words to call this “aerobic” exercise = AIR + 0-XYGEN; that in executing such movements we use and put in more air and oxygen. Possibly because we simply enjoy these as hobbies or maybe because we recognize the benefits it gives us even in just a mere 30 minute of this exercise daily. Benefits like increasing heart beat strengthening heart muscles, blood flow to your muscles and back to your lungs, widen small blood vessels or capillaries carrying away waste products like carbon dioxide and lactic acid, release of endorphins serving as painkillers promoting more self-being. With regular aerobic exercise you will get stronger, and I can say that regardless of age, weight or athletic ability exercise is good for everyone!

But often times, our desire to do exercise is hindered by factors like not enough space to do it at home or there are dogs in the neighborhood that harasses us when we do it around the house, etc. What if I tell you that now you can jog in a space as small as your “balik-bayan” box (back to home-land package)? Or maybe that’s too much of an exaggeration let’s make it a little bigger than that. The thing is, you need not worry of your security and run in the comforts of your home, in front of your favorite TV soap, or while you listen in your home entertainment system, or gaze at your aquarium pets. Jog or run in your brand new treadmill from the Online Sports Store. A two-in-one activity with a lot of plus points to your health and to what you enjoy doing,
Treadmill is the thing to make it all work out for you! A choice between fixed or foldable depending on your space saving needs, mine would be the folding one since it is cheaper and I needed to free much of the space I will be using for the next user, my little girl who upon waking up put’s up her doll house. Yes, that’s everyday work-out for her, hahaha!

At the end of the day, it's all a matter of having discipline, i've a treadmill too at home but sometimes the lazy bug is always troubling me up. BTW do get a treadmill which is motorised not the manual type as the latter tends to put a big strain on your kidneys & back muscles. So are we seeing the slimmer you in 2010 then?
