TOOT-TOOT! TOOT-TOOT!

Everybody benefits with the texting craze. Problem comes in when receivers interprets a written message differently from the way the sender conveys it. This is common occurrence in this easiest transmission of messages. Yes, in just a few minutes of transcribing, press “send” button, VOILA! Message sent! But then again, words or phrases sometimes differ in meaning as it differ in the way it was uttered or the tone of voice used when saying them. Moreso, it will depend on the disposition and open-mindedness of the recipient; plus whether the person is optimistic or pessimistic. And with different perspectives, it’s safe to say that in such exchange of messages it will be best to use appropriate words and complete sentences to avoid misinterpretations.

For some reason, I never liked texting. What ever happened to good old-fashioned talk over the phone? Hmmmm....the bane of modernity...
