...and I say NEVER!
As per adviced by a waiter himself! Siting an event that he admittedly witnessed first-hand, being a trainee yet that time, a mean guest in their restaurant have unwittingly embarrased a co-waiter. She was loud and totally disrespectful. Since the waiter being a "mere server", he had no right to reason out or challenge the accusation being pointed at him, he have no other way to get even to the said "rich bitch" guest than to do disgusting things to the food she ordered!
His seniors shared with him more stories of the same kind that he found downright ugly no matter how excusable the reason to have preempted such deeds.
Yuck! Double Yuck! Triple Yuck! Who knows what other else other waiter's originality could be when provoked. This boils down to one thing: Be very careful when the kitchen isn't your domain! NEVER EVER be mean to them who presides it...cooks, helpers, and most especially waiters!!!
