ouch! my back aches from sitting infront of my pc for hours! hahaha.
i've heard of so many factors to having a backache. could be scoliosis, osteoporosis, rheumatism, sleep disk,...or simply stress. i believe i got that one...stress!
a swedish massage will be heavenly right this moment, but i guess i'll settle for a rest, and a warm bath.
