Are you on your way out and have to stop and think which shoe to put on? You have to consider some factors that will help you decide.
Event - are you going to a formal setting with lots of activity, or a sit-down dinner? For this would give you a choice between close or open-toed, and close to flats or high heeled.
Setting or environment - Is it indoor or outdoor? Sporty and comfy required? Is it appropriate to put on a suede or rubber? A flip-flop or a thong? Espadrills or tough leather?
Companions/guests - Close friends and/or relatives need not be impressed. Also, they are predictable to a possible change of venue.
