Typhoon Marinae turned Santi is expected to hit central Luzon thus distressing Filipino’s who are up to now flooded or on the verge of recovering from the disaster that have knocked them down.

Reminders to emergency measures can be heard here and there to brace everybody for the possible destruction and so be in constant watch for a needed relocation or even rescuing.
