TYPHOON MARINAE TURNED SANTI

A mere month and 4 days have passed since typhoon Ondoy brought a months worth of rainfall in the Philippines, and here comes another alarming the National Disaster Coordinating Council into full alert. Typhoon Marinae turned Santi is expected to hit central Luzon thus distressing Filipino’s who are up to now flooded or on the verge of recovering from the disaster that have knocked them down.

Updates are being given to prepare residents in areas that may be afflicted once again, may it be flood, landslide or whatever this calamity might bring once again. Reminders to emergency measures can be heard here and there to brace everybody for the possible destruction and so be in constant watch for a needed relocation or even rescuing.
