MSG (MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE)

Which do you perceive more salty, MSG or salt?

When we taste them, salt still tastes saltier than vetsin or msg. Truth be told, it contains a lot more sodium than our table salt, but one of its ingredient, glutamate, blocks our ability to taste it salty.

That’s one reason why I don’t use vetsin in my cooking…well, in addition to its relation to many diseases like the Alzeihmer’s and different forms of cancer.
