TOILET SEAT...UP OR DOWN?

OPINION: Down. It was made to be down, but for the purpose of sanitation, and moreso, of respect of male to female users. It was put-up "only" when they use it, and to put it back down, as was proper, after use. Though to put it more expilcit, male use it as well that way when they need the seat for another reason other than to pee. And so saying, it was 75% down than up when it comes to its use. It is then but proper for the male population to honor that as that...that the toilet seat have to be down.
